For techical support calls our factory from Monday to Friday (excluded festive days and events days, you can see that in the dedicated section) in this hours: 9.30 a.m-12.45 p.m. / 2.15 p.m-5.30 p.m. or sent to us a fax or a mail with all informations about the problem. If you want our assistance during the festive days or in a weekend (with fee) please contact us at least 3 days before the event.
